We love the place, how itโs built and designed. Staff were also very courteous. However, upon checking in we were informed that our rooms will only be available after an hour but that 1 hour was also not enough as it extended at 330pm. When we ate dinner at their restaurant, it took almost 2 hours of wait. We just donโt have a choice anymore as we were very tired to go out. The meal service is the main concern here. They will know how many people were booked before hand so they should be able to anticipate how to deal with the situation and not just become overwhelmed when the time comes. Then towels, if you go to the beach you can use the striped blue and white towels but take note to give them back to a lifeguard in a pool near your villa. It should have been better if the towels will just be left in the room & room service will just take care of it. Receptionists were a bit disorganized as well during check ins. I hope with the kind of business they have (Luxury Beach Resort) their customer service in terms of being organized will be improved. We still enjoyed the stay though. Then when swimming at the beach area, they are too strict to just swim where there are floaters separating a small area. Mind you there were a lot of swimmers so maybe make the cordoned area bigger?
The place was near Pampanga, less than 2hrs. drive. It is well maintained and had the feeling of exclusivity & quietness during our visit. We had our team building and the buffet dinner was nice. We had our own function room. The breakfast had good options and the bamboo cafe resto near the beach front served good food and just the right amount for a big group of 30. We had wonderful time at the beach as well during our stay, itโs mostly us so we were able to do our wellness & wellbeing activities. Weโll surely be back. Place have weak wifi and signal but good if you are into totally rest, retreat and relaxation. No presence of outside noise and you can really be with nature. They only reply slow with inquiries maybe due to the availability of their signal and wifi but it was a good experience for everyone.
Resort built in the middle of a nature area, what gives the place its charm and interest.
But finally you're stuck without much to do since everything seems "forbidden" because of resorts's policy.
Not convinced with the quality of food which was actually very expensive but not special.
Inconsistent year round. DONT order the 700 pizza thinner and smaller than a sheet of paper. DONT expect full service. DONT expect all facilities to be open during all seasons. Don't expect staff to be nearby to help. Dont expect full menu. Don't expect luxury. Don't expect shuttle to make rounds.
The grounds and facilities are beautiful, clean and maintained, if you come for the view, the water then its worth it. but make sure you are self serve and self sufficient if you come here. Come prepared. They will not try to upsell you with water sports and food if you get the day pass. the staff is friendly.
The chef and cook staff had no pride today and the pizza was sad. I would suggest striking it from the menu. Do not serve this 8x10 paper thin undercooked, pale, soggy pizza. Just don't. This looks bad on luxury for Philippines.
I was there for 2 days, and it was a great experience. The place is great, the hotels are clean and the staff are welcoming, when you have concern they entertain you immediately. A very recommendable place to stay when you are on vacation.
2/5 ๐ Rooms not wheelchair accessible and they didn't inform us in advance. Front desk completely ruined our checkout experience. Everything else could have been 5 stars.
โ
๐๏ธThe resort is large and never feels crowded. Tons of activities good for families with kids and friends, both indoor and outdoor (ATV, volleyball, cycling, water sports, 3 pools)
โ
๐ฅ Shuttle drivers, waitstaff and lifeguards were very kind and considerate, assisting our grandma in her wheelchair when they can
โ
๐ Pools are clean and new. The beach is clean with soft sand. They offer drinks from the bar.
โ
๐ณ Breakfast buffet was not bad and refilled consistently
โ โฟ When booking, they did NOT notify us our rooms will be on the second floor and NOT wheelchair accessible even though I told them we were travelling with a senior citizen.
โ ๐ Front desk was indifferent to our concerns. The worst case was when they miscalculated our total bill and realized it after we left. Instead of offering to settle at the gate, they cancelled our gate pass and we had to drive all the way back to settle.
For the rates they charge, I hope management trains their front desk better than this because it ruins an otherwise good stay.

Service from the front desk to the restaurant staff is exceptional. They were not only attentive but also genuinely friendly, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
We love how the shuttle drivers saved us from the staircase leading to various areas of the resort. The steps made navigation a cumbersome task, posing a considerable challenge for individuals with mobility issues, elderly guests, or those with young children.
Dining options were limited, pricey, given small servings, but satisfactory. Other restaurants were closed since it's a weekday. No choice but to stick to whatever they have. Do not expect too much on their buffet breakfast as well.
For those seeking relaxation, the resort's spa was a haven of tranquility. The skilled therapists and the range of rejuvenating treatments provided the perfect escape, allowing me to unwind and recharge.
The resort's facilities, while functional, lacked the variety found in more dynamic resorts.
Resort is peaceful but is completely different when you are inside your room. You can hear doors banging, dogs barking, etc.
Free chocolates and their drip coffee inside the room taste good.
Went with the suzuki big bike club, had a sumptous buffet brunch at the beach. Food quality is very good. Service is top notch. Parking is very ample. Did not stay overnight though.
